Here's where it gets bad. They hate if you win. I always played fair, have taken few "bonuses", have converted almost none of them. Yet on my last session I was given 70mbtc in free loyalty points. I managed to win 9btc. I was paid and cashed out instantly. Well done. I then later get an email telling me some obscure reasoning that I am no longer allowed in the VIP programme. I can't stress how loyal and honest of a player I was. Some random manager named Leon, wrote me in broken, poor punctuated English some random rant about bonus weighting and told me to basically go to hell and revoked my VIP status.

I am up about 40mbtc not on the site, I have been paid. So this isn't a complaint, however, it's a really poor business decision to penalize a player when they're up. Don't they want it back.

I'm nervous to deposit any more money on a site that threatens me over random things that make no sense. It's a shame, because these guys were the best in the business. Now they are sliding down the ladder - quickly.
