Locowin Casino - The withdrawal has not been received

Day 1: I made a deposit and won some money, then requested a withdrawal.


Day 2: I received an email saying that I had to verify my identity, so I sent in all the documents they required.


Day 3: My account is fully verified.


Day 4: My withdrawal was approved according to an email sent at 03:11:33. I will attach files showing this.

Later that day, I checked my bank account and no amount of €200 had been received. I did receive another SEPA withdrawal from another casino that same day, which was approved around the same time as this one. Not the same amount as this one ofc.


Day 5: I checked my bank again and still no money. It has never taken this long before, and I have made hundreds of SEPA withdrawals over the past 10+ years.

So I logged into my Locowin account, and there it says that my €200.00 withdrawal is cancelled on my transaction page. I contacted live chat to ask what was going on with my withdrawal.

At first, they told me that my withdrawal was cancelled at 2025-12-22 03:11, which is the exact time my withdrawal was approved according to the email.

I then sent them a screenshot of that email, and after that the agent told me she was wrong and that the withdrawal was approved, not cancelled — probably because she saw that it was marked as cancelled in my transaction history.


Day 6: Live chat told me to wait and that I would receive the money. They also said that if I had not received it within 7 days, they would start an investigation. However, they did not start one and just kept telling me to wait more days.


Day 12 (Today): I still have not received any money in my bank account. While searching online, I found a case very similar to mine on AskGamblers that also involves Locowin and was resolved. I am pretty sure this is the exact issue I am experiencing right now, as the withdrawal cannot be fully approved when it is shown as cancelled in my transaction history.


I have made withdrawls from this site and it's sister sites before without any problem, so i really hope this issue can be solved with help from askgamblers as i can't do anything about it myself.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting a new complaint regarding delayed withdrawals at Locowin Casino, as I am once again facing unexplained delays in receiving my funds.

On 12/03/2025, I requested the following withdrawals:

• ID: 12803987 – €5,000 (Requested at 04:30)

• ID: 12804020 – €5,000 (Requested at 04:32)

• ID: 12804035 – €2,500 (Requested at 04:34)

Violation of Locowin Casino’s Terms

According to Locowin Casino’s terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 48 hours after the request. My account is fully verified, and I have met all necessary requirements.

However, my withdrawals remain stuck in pending status beyond the expected timeframe. When I contact support, I only receive generic automated responses stating that my withdrawal is under “additional checks” with no explanation or estimated timeframe:

“Due to our own due diligence, we need to carry out additional checks on your withdrawal request. This may extend the validation process by a few days. Rest assured that once these checks are completed, you will receive an email notification from the relevant department.”

Request for Resolution

This lack of transparency and extended delays go against the casino’s stated policies. I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance in escalating this matter to ensure that Locowin Casino honors its withdrawal terms and processes my payments as soon as possible.

I have a lot of fun playing at Locowin. The Customer support even gives me sometimes free spins or cash bonuses for free. That give me a good feeling to be a real customer that they want. In some other Casino when I lose some hundrets or thousands they do not even give me free spins. On top Locowin has a lit of Slots and Live Casino games from almost all providers.

Only negativ was that they do not have Finish speaking customer support available. Not sure if they even have but they when I asked for it. They were saying that nobody is available for the moment.

What I like are the Hacksaw games that they offer. All of them are quite unique and giving me a lot of game fun and sometimes even a lot of money. When it came to taking money out from this Casino I did not have any problems so far. I made small withdrawals and big ones. All of them have passed fast.

One thing that some people will not like is that the customer support is not in croatian language, which is for me not a problem but. But I know that some of my friends would like to have it.

A lot of games and clear functional page. A lot of payment methods. A lot of withdrawal methods. the cashback feature is very nice. No acces problems or connections lost. Not normal at this time =)

Support, never got an email about the verification, had to contact them after a few days without processing my withdrawal request. And after 50 Hours withdrawal got confirmed and now waiting since 8 days for my money. Again almost no help by support and waiting for answers... very sadly

Nice selection of games and game providers, Support was good anytime I needed it, the thing I Like here is the fast payouts, this is really what I look for in a casino. I would recommend Locowin casino

- Nice selection of games and game providers
- Support available quite quickly, but the quality could be much better
- No transaction fees for deposits / withdrawals
- Number of welcome bonuses is good

- Uncommon games bonus restricted such as Moon Princess or Rise of Olympus lead to the following experience:
1) No popup or information when opening bonus restricted games
2) Proactively informed support about playing restricted games with bonus (when I had 20% wagering done and still far away from "confirmed" payout). Customer Service promised to inform payments team and they will come back.
3) Didn't touch funds for 24 hours, no email and next agent told me there won't be an email from payments until I request cashout and I should just continue playing with bonus funds
4) Wagering done, wd requested. took 24-48 hours until they requested docs (even docs they don't need such as bank statement when depositing via credit card) and another 18h until verified. further 24 hours later, all winnings have been forfeited without information via email
5) contacted support, they confirmed confiscated funds and I requested WD of original deposit - closed account
6) took around 72 hours until they confirmed payout of deposit

- Overall my fault to miss two games in bonus restrictions and noticing it too late, but the way of how it was handled by the casino is a joke as well. Confiscated winnings of around €250 made by €90 total deposit is nothing to be super mad about and I can live with that if the casino would have acted differently and made a decision when I contacted them proactively about my mistake. Also requesting unnecessary documents and taking so much time to process everything and handle the case might be normal 10 years ago, but in 2019 far away from standards that online casinos should follow.

Good site, lots of variety games and friendly interface.
Support is quick and friendly so that's good.
There are a few welcome bonuses you could use to play.

Once you wager any bonus you should cash out immediately. After that you wont hit anything anymore.
I had 180 after wagering and only played 20,30,40 ct. Once wagering was done I didn't hit a single bonus on many many different games.

nice to play here but dont use bonuses. those are rigged
