Like others have said they do have a problem handling withdrawals in the time they state in their own terms (12hours).

Well as usual it’s about the withdrawal. I spoke with live chat and they said my account is fully verified and that they accepted my withdrawal. Okay then so everything is okay? No. Not all. They still allow me to cancel my withdrawal while it’s has been accepted according to live aupport(yes I have screen shots of the conversation and will add them here if needed)

So then I ask live support why can I cancel an accepted withdrawal? Due to technical problems with payments you have to wait to we get an answer from payment team.
