Yep, I've played at Princess Star Casino before, so now it's time to play at Joo Casino instead. Nothing has changed much, except for the name, but still under the same owner of Direx N.V. Personally, I do like casinos within this group and I've already signed up at a number of them. Joo Casino wasn't the latest, but it was held back for a few months because I had no good reason to make my first deposit at the casino, but certainly not now! Why? Hmmm, I would be repeating myself over and over again, so some readers may get kinda bored with it, so I'll just skip it! Hahaha.

My first comment goes to my liking on the website. It loads well with my slow 2G connection, navigating within the webpages were quite smooth but time consuming at times, but not everything was good though. SoftSwiss games simply could not and would not start up or load up using 2G connection! SoftSwiss platform isn't slow-internet-connection friendly, so I hope SoftSwiss people would look into this and improve on it. It even affects loading up of Microgaming games, which would otherwise load up much quicker on its own Quickfire platform!

Selection of games in none other than very good, with a wide choice of games from various game providers, quite a number of which have been newly added into the casino's directory, with Microgaming in particular, for me that is. I'm not really interested in most of the other game providers - their games have not attracted me enough to keep me playing them regularly, not like Microgaming games. I also had some quick chats with their Live Chat hosts, and I found them very friendly, efficient and fast! There's only one dislike, as far as I'm concerned, and that is regarding the non-responsive SoftSwiss platform with a slow 2G internet connection. I couldn't start up Platinum Lightning with 2G connection at all, so I had to play it the day after that, when my ISP had regained its normal operating speed. Hope this can be improved soon!

This casino offered me my second welcome bonus, and I won pretty big. I won 3003 Euro, and the day after I got an email that my winnings were confiscated because of casino abuse.

As I said, I played my SECOND bonus, and they are accusing me of BONUS ABUSE? That sounds really sick. DONT PLAY here...

Now they refuse to answer my mails, and they dont even respond at my complaint here on Askgamblers. I will now write a letter directly to their license authority which is think is Curacao.

As I said, dont play on this site, cause if you would win big, they will only confiscate your winning without any legit reasons.

Signed up to this site earlier today pretty straightforward that was until I tried making my deposit..
I was required to fill in all relevant fields and yet again this is. Another site that clearly states UK PLAYERS ACCEPTED....but when I was as to select country UK wasn't an option... and this is happening a lot to the point I'm even questioning maybe I am misreading things. If UK PLAYERS ACCEPTED WHY ISN'T THE UK IN THE COUNTRY SELECTION?????
