Dear askgamblers and horus casino. I made three deposits last Saturday all worth of 1000 euros. One of them was accepted on Wednesday but the other two are still pending and I don't understand why because all of them where made at the same time. I made my deposits without bonus and my KYC was processed already last week. I am looking to solve this quickly because they are clearly looking to delay on purpose. Horus casino TOS says that payments should be processed within 2 days.

Horus Casino - Deposit charged from my bank account but the transaction was declined

I tried to deposit 50€ on Horus casino via visa card. The money were withdrawn from my bank account though the transaction was declined, though they say in the terms and conditions of the casino that the money are not taken until the approval of the transaction by the casino.

It has passed 15 days I have repeatedly contacted the support service but still no news for my matter.

Horus Casino - Deposit bonus not credited
Hello, I have a problem with the Horus Casino. Well, on June 17, 21 I made my first deposit by selecting the bonus options. The minimum deposit amount was 1500 rubles and then I made a deposit of 1832 rubles. After prior contact with the operator, I made sure which method I can pay in to get the bonus. I deposited with the Visa card method. However, since then neither the deposit nor the bonuses have been credited to my casino profile. After contacting the operator, the lady calmed me down and said that I could pay using a different method, because this is what happens with cards. I didn't know there might be a problem since this method is generally available. Since then, I have been contacting the operator on average every two days, but I still get the same answer and my message has been forwarded to the appropriate department and they will contact me by email. Until today, silence. I called my bank, but the lady on the line said that everything was fine on my part because the amount was transferred to the casino account. And this casino must have a terminal problem. I am asking for help because I feel that I am being dismissed. I would like the funds I deposited to be credited to the casino account along with the bonus or that the casino would return my funds to the card. This is the amount of about PLN 100 and it is a considerable amount for me. I attach the last screen from a conversation with Pania operator plus a screen from the bank that day about blocking $ 25 for the deposit. I will add that on my casino profile the reason for the rejection was that I did not have enough funds on my account, which is not true because the amount was immediately blocked and transferred to the casino account. Horus Casino - Withdrawal refused with unfair accusations
Good afternoon, I would like to apologize for my English, I am not happy with Casino Horus, we have a lack of communication, I sent several emails without any response from them. Up here goes the proof of them, even talking to the support several times, did nothing for me. I won a small amount of money that was forbidden to me as I threw it to a forbidden machine, the name of the machine is Wolf Gold, a jackpot machine that has not marked the jackpot logo as you can see from the photos above, it is not on menu of the site where the jackpot machines are located, the machine is not on the forbidden machines list, how could I know it was a jackpot machine! As you can see, they canceled my withdrawal request and erased another 1000 euros from my balance which makes a total of 2000 euros. I tried to negotiate with them a solution but unfortunately until today no answer was given to me, I was simply forgotten! Horus Casino - No Payment

Hi,

My initial complaint from August 22 was solved, however the withdrawal I requested at the end was never sent. Askgamblers wrote in their final statement to submit another complaint if the outstanding payments have not been made.

Since August 29th, i have not yet received my withdrawal of 500 euros.

It has been more than 10 business days.

Horus Casino - No Payment and No Communication
I made a deposit on August 2. Played a few spins and withdrew my money. Multiple days went by and money was not sent.
Like to add I am verified at the casino. After a few day I was informed via chat that my balance was not wagered 1x. I then wagered 3 times my initial deposit and withdrew.

Since then I have had no email from their payments, and chat insisting it takes 3 business days after a withdrawal. Well it has been surely over 15 business days I have been patiently waiting.

Horus Casino - Delaying 1,100 PLN withdrawal
Hello, first of all sorry for bad english. I have registerd in horus casino something like 27.05.2019. For two firs weeks they have problems whit withdraws request. There was a error and whitdraw request by BTC was not possible. I have try to contact support giving them my btc wallet asking for manual whitdraw. But they dont respond.
11.06.2019 withdraw request was possible, they fix error.

I have deposit there 62 PLN and win 1100 PLN, and im waiting now 9 days to get this money. On the website is information, that withdraw can takes up to 48h.
I was a few times on live chat. But they only say to me that i have to wait or they giving high proirity to my case but nothing change. I dont belive that i can handle myself. Askgamblers can you help me?
I have request withdraw in 3 parts: 500 PLN, 500 PLN and 100 PLN becouse there is a very low limit max 500 PLN at one time (for sure it is a mistake on they website on PLN accounts)
