Each time I contact support I get a different answer ranging from "Technical Issues" to being "Short Staffed" and being provided varying time frames on when my withdrawal will be processed. ranging from 7 hours to another 24 hours to wait. Withdraw wasn't working for a long time and I had to contact support to figure out something was wrong there wasn't a message saying the withdraw was down anywhere and when I tried to withdraw it didn't queue my funds until it worked again.
