Hi Dave, thank you for that offer I'm not sure how to reach out to you. I just guess I found it disappointing and that I couldn't redeem any of my winnings after I made the playthrough. I Just think the terms should be made loud and clear before people waste their time trying. Because I dont have the funds right now to be able to redeem my winnings, 200 dollars when the max cash out from bonus is only 200 dollars, is a lot for me to risk.but I can delete my review since it is based off of opinion for the most part.

Sometimes withdrawals are delayed for standard security checks. But I don't dislike this. I actually encourage it . Nobody like cheaters. If you need it rushed customer service is more than willing to assist you and help you out.
