Evobet Casino - Huge delay in payment

Hello dear ones!

I discovered Evobet.com through its great performance on AskGamblers. However, despite the great reputation I had my account limited in the middle of July/2023 and I was forced to withdraw my funds, something around €328.

As soon as I created my account I carried out the verification process, and on May 22nd I received an email informing me that my account was verified.

However, on July 19th, when I requested my first withdrawal, it was rejected by Evobet, informing me that it would be necessary to send additional documentation for verification, a selfie of me where I write my name, CPF and which site I played on ( Evobet.com). Until then everything is normal, I think it's fair for the bookmaker to have a rigorous verification process.

I requested the withdrawal again after additional verification and after a few days, they came back and said they wanted another proof of residence/telephone number, I had confirmation via chat that the document was accepted, so since the first of August my request withdrawal is pending and I have not received any information as to why it is taking so long.

I contact them on chat and ask what's going on. Of course, this sentence comes and slaps me in the face:

“As the process is being handled by another department, we regret that we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for its completion.”

I've never taken as long to make a withdrawal as I am this time, this is something completely out of the ordinary.

This bookmaker uses the AskGamblers logo as a form of advertising. And in this way it has a great casino rating as well above average.

I'm having a lot of patience as people ask me, but soon it will be 60 days since my birthday and they will have a very distorted view of how the gaming industry works.

Right now I feel incredibly sad and helpless.

Too dark colors for layout could be something colorful

Evobet casino is a place I signed up to a few months ago. I was receiving emails with their 5eur no deposit bonus quite a few times and I decided to give them a try. They were quite persistent and at the end of the day, free is free. After registration I got the 5eur bonus straight away and lost it immediately too. At the time I didn't know much about them so I didn't pursue with making a deposit.

Around a month ago, when they partnered with Askgamblers for the Askgamblers coin I thought to myself- okay, so this casino seems to be a decent one and worth a fair shot. I logged into my account and visited the cashier and noticed that I had once again received a 5eur free chip bonus. Don't ask me why- I have no idea. I claimed it and played Twin Spin but all the spins were dead and I lost it.

Then I finally decided to make my first deposit. I liked the fact that they have Netent, Play'n Go and several other leading game providers, so I knew I'd have games to choose from. Usually I'd be interested in the welcome bonus, but not this time, unfortunately. Of course, I wanted to boost my balance, but I didn't like the bonus terms- the 100% welcome bonus I wanted to take, needed to be wagered 40x the sum of deposit- bonus which in my opinion is very high.

Regardless, I made a deposit of 30eur and played bonus-free. I played a few games from Playn Go that I've grown to like recently. I started off with Rise of Olympus with minimum bets, but I couldn't trigger a decent-paying feature, just one 20x bet win. Then I moved on to Moon Princess that completely killed my balance with dead spins. It wasn't too long when my balance was completely wasted.

Overall I did have a good time at Evobet and I might deposit there again. I really liked the game selection they had- many good providers and new titles, however, the bonus terms weren't too friendly and in my opinion it's a downfall.

Nothing to say. One of the worst casino experiences ever.

Not to be recommended. I have activated a Time Out for 15 days. After two days it was possible to play again although the time out was still active. Several staff members have confirmed that a timeout cannot be terminated prematurely even if the player has requested it. Evobet just apologized and I lost 3450,- Euro. Keep your hands away from the casino. Does not adhere to its own policies. Not interested in responsible gaming.

Only positive thing are the frequent bonusses they offer.

Too long KYC timeframe as everyone says here already. It takes 3-4 days. WAY to long.
Awful wagering requirements.
Chat wait times are long.

Awesome game selection, and definately fair play at that. Many withdraw methods. No real reason not to play if your looking to try something new as there's a slot for everyone's fancy and much more to choose from.

I deposited during the weekend so if I lost, I'd recieve their 15% cashback offer. For a $36 deposit they credited my account with $1.70 cash. I contacted support and to soothe things over they slapped me with a $5bonus balance with wagering requirements as us squaring up. I contacted them again asking as to why I did not recieve the offer I was pursuaded to deposit for and its been ongoing for quite sometime for a response or resolving of the issue. Although this site is easy to win something on, the customer support and actual means to make a resolution for dissatisfied player is sub par.

Hello. I have same problem as other members here that did not receive their money. But I’ve Requested withdrawal on e-wallet(Qiwi wallet). Which was my deposit method. Everyday I hear different information from live support and their kyc team(kyc team is ignoring me from Thursday). I’ve created withdrawal request on Wednesday and on Thursday I’ve got an email from evobet that my withdrawal request is approved and I could already receive money. After that kyc team is not responding.
Yesterday on Sunday I was talking with live chat and they promised that I will get paid on Monday. Today they say again that from their side money are sent. At this moment I am a little satisfied. I did a first deposit with IDEAL (payment method Netherlands) and won 760. I have asked which documents they need for KYC and now they come with an bankoverview with a stamp and signature of a bank. I never heard of such a document.

I just sent my usual documents and wait for it. When I receive my payment, I will report this. I will keep your players informed;)

Bonus with condition a little raise but I play without

I made several deposits and cashout once with no problems.
Good range off slots providers.

I made a deposit of €30 to claim the75% Christmas Offer Bonus , after that I open the bod and give me error, I try another 20 slots all diferent providers and the same error: 'internal server error'. After that I realize that I only can play 5 or 6 slots because of the bonus terms: 'Merry Xmas, Xmas Luck, Santa, Secrets of Christmas ,Jack in the Box: Christmas, Flowers: Christmas Edition ,Merry Christmas, Santa's Workshop, Santa's Village and Xmas Party”.'
