Unfortunately, I've now been waiting FOUR DAYS for my verification documents to be processed. A pending withdrawal has now been 'pending' for the same four days. I am unsure how long it takes their security department to open and verify four documents to release a withdrawal. Whenever I contact support, I am just given the same story 'You'll get an email when verification is complete'. I've never known a casino to take so long and appear to drag it's heels. The selection of games is OK (like most of the casinos online) and I like the design of the website.
Casino Cruise awards the welcome bonus to everyone and when you actually win, they find the reason not to pay you: terms and conditions say that the player is not eligible for the welcome bonus if he/she uses Skrill.
I do not have a problem that the casino has such a rule, I have a problem that it is not written anywhere except in their terms and conditions. When you are making your deposit via moneybookers (which, according to them, does not provide a player with the bonus) they even provide you with options on what bonus to select. So basically, without reading their full terms and conditions, one is not informed that he is not eligible for the bonus. I won 750 pounds, which were confiscated because, as they told me later, I was not entitled for the bonus.
Taking into account the amount of disputes this casino receives and my personal experience with this website, I would tell everyone to keep away from it.
