My name is < full name removed > and I am a cadoola casino player. I would like to report a problem and complaint. I did not use a bonus in the casino, I played with my own money. I won, but they refused to pay my prize to any financial instrument.

1. Payment request

I asked for the bank card I used to pay for the game. Embossed card, valid card, can accept foreign currency, I regularly pay with it abroad, no banking problems. My payment request has been cancelled.

I wrote to customer service and they told me to choose an IBAn number.

2. Payment request

I entered an IBAN number belonging to a Revolut account, which also belongs to my name.This claim has also been cancelled. I wrote to the customer service again that neither payment was successful.

3. Payment request

I gave customer service my bank account details, which are connected to the visa card used for the payment.


At the moment, I am at the point where they are not willing to transfer my own money. I have 3 payment options, all in my own name.

I write to the online customer service in vain, they do not help me, they leave the conversation.

In all cases, I entered an international format, all my data is real, everything is in my own name, and everything works. I have been waiting for the money to be disbursed for more than a week. I also filed a complaint with the casino yesterday, but I still haven't received a response.

I took a screenshot of everything, which shows that my bonus balance is 0 and my real balance is HUF 200,000.

I want to get my money.

Cadoola Casino is one of the latest casinos to come online, owned by Araxio Development N.V, but unfortunately, Araxio group of casinos are not really to my liking, this Cadoola Casino included. Well, honestly speaking, Cadoola may have been the exception and become one of my favourite casinos, but subsequent turn of events changed all that - more on this a little later on.

The Welcome package was quite irresistible for me when I saw its promotional email. It was offering a standard 100% deposit bonus but with 200 free spins, spread over 10 days, so that's 20 free spins a day. Argh! I have never liked this sort of splitting offer - I always prefer all 200 free spins in one go! Hehehe. But, I took up the offer anyway, since I couldn't find any better offer anywhere else. Got myself registered, made my first 20 EUR deposit, but had to claim that 100% bonus from their Live Chat host - a slight inconvenience for me, which I also do not generally like at all. This bonus money should have been credited in automatically!

There's an excellent selection of games available at Cadoola Casino, with lots of game providers in the list, so finding your favourite game to play wouldn't pose any problems, in most cases. However, none of the provider's games are complete, so a few games would be missing out, like my favourite Supe It Up game from Microgaming, for example, but thank god my current favourite game wasn't Supe It Up anymore, so it didn't upset me much, not like before, hehehe.

If you have played at any of the other Araxio casinos, then you would know that the free spins are given on the game Eastern Goddesses, at 0.06 bet a spin! Argh! I don't like the game, and I didn't like the ridiculous 0.06 bet per spin, so I requested for a change of game, and thankfully enough, the Live Chat lady host was kind enough to have it changed to Dragon Kingdom, a much better game! However, I didn't play off the free spins first, preferring to keep it for a second chance should I lose all my deposit and bonus money.

Well, luck was with me on that day, and my favourite Finn And The Swirly Spin was playing wonderfully well! After almost one whole day and night of playing, I finally had a nice 160 EUR win in my balance, after completing the wagering requirements on the bonus amount. My first attempt at a withdrawal couldn't go through, as I had to cancel the free spins offer first, but after having that done, my withdrawal claim got through without any more problems. Ah! That was what I thought, but I was damn wrong!

After a long 3 days wait after making that withdrawal claim, the casino's KYC Department requested for my documents for verification! Why it took them 3 days to do that was beyond my comprehension! But that's not all of it - they never acknowledged receipt of my documents, my emails to their Support Team never got any replies, making the casino's customer support service a real nightmare! Only their Live Chat service was reliable enough and seemed to be working! A real big disappointment!

But as I soon found out, my nightmare at Cadoola Casino had only just begun! My documents got rejected and my withdrawal claim was declined, on the basis of having a duplicate account! What the argh! When that didn't worked out several days later, they then said that they couldn't identify my Neteller account as belonging to me! Sheesh! In all my 17 years of playing at online casinos, this was the first time I had ever been accused of such! Worse still, I had to submit several more additional supporting documents to proof otherwise, which never got acknowledged for its receipt, but after 5 long weeks of delaying tactics, the casino finally approved my documents and paid me my due win! All thanks to Askgamblers Complaints Team and its AGCCS services! Otherwise, only God would know how much longer my ears would be billowing smoke! Hahaha.

Game selection is quite good. The layout is reasonable too, sometimes loads a bit slow. Support is responsive enough. Super duper average casino, but the bad things make it super below average.

Really stupid kyc/financial department requests. (They need BIC photo of my bank account, when there isn't such page where I can look it up while connected on my account. There is separate contact page where everybody can look at it, but it is not enough for them). It seems that they take a lot of time to cashout on purpose. Support is rude and arrogant. When I play at casinos I hope to get as smooth as possible cashout. This is the worst casino I've encountered that asks pointless things for verification and doesn't accept it when sent.

Made a deposit, and received welcome bonus 100%, also free spins in new bombslot The magic shoppe. Sad that didn't win anything, but I hope that next time I get lucky. Even though had some troubles with depositing (used entercash) live chat helped me, and I received bonus for inconvenience.

At night they do not credit you anything, had to wait until morning. They need to do something about it.

Website layout looks like amateur work. Difficult to found things there. Wager requiremet refresh very slowly.. Withdrawal process looks dangerous, have to write whole credit card number every time, cannot choose saved card from site. Game selection is wide, bonuses are good. Made first deposit and the bonus was automatic.

They have confusing site what come's to matter of withdrawal. I made deposit via skrill, so as normal you have to withdraw the same method as you made the deposit. They also promote here and their site that they have skrill as a withdrawal method, but no.
I made withdrawal via skrill, had my verification done earlier, then I got email that my withdrawal was cancelled and I should make withdrawal through bank transfer. Ok? That was odd since I had only made deposit via skrill.. They gave no reason. So now I am struggling with them. I made withdrawal via bank transfer, then I was asked selfie with id, ok well I did it, then they asked proof of bank account.. Well ok I did that also.. Even though I have never made deposit via bank transfer.. I am starting to feel there is a tiny delay happening from their part. I won't return to this casino.

I'm not so new here at Cadoola, but I still think this site is ok, design looks quite pleasant. There's a really high amount of slots, and sometimes interesting offers, bonuses, promotions etc. I've also had some problems while depositing, but live chat consultants helped me to solve that problem

Can't set limits of deposits and losses, and not all the slots are available in my country.
