The casino is well equipped with good software, and it has a nice selection of games (although many are restricted from playing in the Netherlands, ie. Jack and the Beanstalk). The availability of the chat function is good. Yes, there are people available to "help", however, do not expect too much of the help that is offered.
The welcome bonus is generic and is nothing special. If I would rate this casino on a scale from 1 to 10, then I would give it a 6.5 - it suffices. Which leads me to why I have issues with this casino.

I was linked to Betchan via an affiliate site which offered a 200% + 120 free-spins bonus. When I checked the bonus with the chat rep, and asked her if the bonus was real/valid, there was an ambiguous "we cannot take responsibility for 3rd party site references", or something to that account. So, when I asked them if I would get the bonus 'yes' or 'no'? I would literally get the same pre-written answer. Idiot me, I deposited 200 euro anyway as she had not said "NO yje bonus will not be rewarded", I was expecting a balance of 600 euros. Of course, no bonus was added. When I spoke to the rep again, who waited while I was making the deposit she told me that she had already added the standard 100% bonus to my balance, which I accepted. I told her that I felt tricked into making a deposit, but I let it rest and started playing. Suffice to say that the balance was eaten within 30 minutes playing at 2 Euros/spin. An unlucky start usually leads to an unlucky wager.
Another thing is the exclusion of games from being played in the T&Cs while wagering the welcome bonus. I have never seen a list this long! Unbelievable!
I do not think that they will see me again at Betchan.

Well, nothing special from other casinos. Regular 100% bonus similar to other casinos (which they refused to issue that for me). Just stay away based on my HONEST experience and what happened with me.

This is my complete HONEST feedback:

- Let's start with support, connecting to support agent takes 5 min. It seems that there is only one support that handles 10 people in the same time, getting response on questions takes 5-10 min.
- It seems to me that there is no manager in this casino. I requested to talk or chat or email the manager from support but they didn't reply for that.
- They didn't issue the welcome bonus saying that I violated the terms which says I can get the bonus as I deposited with crypto/bitcoin. In fact it clearly says the following "All kind of bonuses is not available on BTC, BCH, DOGE, LTC wallet." Focus on "wallet", it doesn't say deposits with or using crypto is prohibited. In fact, there are casinos that don't give bonus of crypto "deposits" but I can still deposit and play with EUR as example by depositing in crypto/bitcoin. At the end they didn't issue the bonus and don't need it anymore
- I never tried to withdraw or verify docs, so don't really know how bad/good they are in handling that too!

This Casino is horrible support agent. My 1st and 2nd deposit I didn't receive bonus. I contact support agent and I had to wait long time. Then one of them told me my 1st deposit I didn't put bonus code but I am 100% sure iIdid it. 2nd I did't put it correctly that's maybe possible. I request refund my money because I have not played anything yet. They told me only way is cash out to cash out have to send them all the document. They telling me if I want they can add up my bonus then II let them do. My 3rd deposit I made sure not made any mistakes then still didn't received the bonus. I contact support argent after wait more than an hour one of them respond. Telling me I didn't put bonus code, but that wasn't true. I told I did and also mentioned had problem 1st and 2nd deposit. Then he said first and second because I put bonus code that's why I received bonus but third I didn't put bonus so I will not receive the bonus. Then I told him to read the history. Mentioned 1st deposit told me didn't put bonus code and 2nd didn't put correctly then after they add up the bonus then he said it's impossible. I request him to read chat history he just close the chat.

I like the games and the first four deposit bonuses which gives you more playtime. They have a total of 4 welcome bonuses which is better than most casino's. They are a part of N1 interactive casino's which is/was solid in my opinion.

Horrendous experience with an online agent just now. He refused to add the Monday reload bonus to my account. I made a deposit today using the code AMSTERDAM but the bonus was not credited to my account. I went to live chat inmideatly and explained the situation.

The support agent told me that I did not fill in the code and that he wouldn't add it manually. I 100% filled in the code AMSTERDAM before making a deposit.

After a long conversation the agent in question kept giving the same explanation. I asked 7 times to speak with a manager and he flatout refused to forward me to one. In the end he told me that only VIP players are able to speak with managers.

I have nothing but love for them, however this behaviour from the agent on betchan and my overall experience with them where some agents seem like bots is not a good sign. There has been so many times they did not pay winnings bets on live blackjacks, both of my betting money and wining amount just not happens to add into the balance. I tried to contact live chat CS which they were not helpful at all, they are like a robot tell you to just reload the website clear cookies and just wait, of course, it is not helping. At the end I had to email the manager, she is very responsive and helping. However, 4 bets that I needed to get the money back only happened to get 2 of them given money back, as I had a screenshot of my games proven I won, if not, good luck, they tell you you lost the games (clearly I did not) and you just won't get the money.

Very disappointing of the system so many mistakes on the technical problems.
