I’ve been meaning to sign up at Betamo Casino since last year but only got to doing it very recently. Never the why though, it’s not important to know, hehehe. The welcome package caught my interest right from the very start, offering a standard 100% first deposit bonus, plus 100 free spins on the popular Dead Or Alive 2 game. After making my first deposit, the 100% bonus and the 100 free spins did not get credited into my account immediately as they should, argh! After several minutes of waiting, I finally got assistance from the Live Chat host, who then manually added them in. But that wasn’t the end of the issue – the next 4 days had me requesting for the 20 free spins from the Live Chat host each time, which shouldn’t be the case, so that got me rather annoyed! It took over 1 hour to get my second 20 free spins instalment, simply because the chat host had to asked me some silly questions first! Sheesh! Luckily, the next 3 days went a lot better and faster, or else, I might have simply lost my interest in Betamo Casino!

Other than that, everything else were just right – my favourite providers and games were available, had no issues playing them off, but somehow, Microgaming games just couldn’t really go fullscreen as the other games would, so this bit I’m not very happy about. I also wasn’t very happy with Dead Or Alive 2 game, simply because it played badly! Yeah, that’s how the game is, I do know, so I’m just ranting but not complaining, hehehe.

I did like the easiness of the whole process both with registration and withdrawal processing. I usually deposit with my credit card as I did here too. Once I won some money - guys from tech support requested some documents in order to proof my identity and to verify my card and as I did what they wanted my withdrawal was processed and account verified. I ask them if they need something else - they told me all is good now and I can enjoy my time playing there.

Joined this casino on 01/09/19. Plenty of game providers and easy to navigate. The 100% match bonus is pretty standard so deposited a €100 and played for ages but lost, 2nd deposit was another 100% bonus which is good so deposited another 50 which went extremely well. Wagering was on the steep side 40x but was only the bonus not deposit and bonus like some. Anyway managed to wager and cashout €1200. Nothing..overall a very pleasant experience, ok winning €1200 did make it very enjoyable but the lightning fast withdrawal that I still can’t get my head round was how all casinos should be. It went in my account as fast as it went out amazing. 👍🏼
