I joined bet365 nine years ago. First, they ask all the papers right away which is very good. Then, no time lost with the withdrawal, they are all approved and in your account in a few hours, no exceptions. Most of the other casinos will ask the papers only when you make a withdraw so it will take two weeks to get approve... nothing like that with bet 365 :).

Really easy to transfer money from sports to casino, games, vegas, poker without minimum required.

Everything is available, thousand of slots, scratch cards, RNG tables, live games... They were the best until...

... until I found a way to win at their sports bet and they restricted my max bet limit to 1$,

... until I found a way to win at their live games and I am now not allowed anymore to play their live games.

So, if they are good, it is only because they want your money.

What will happen when I will find a way to win at their RNG games, well, that is truly impossible. So impossible that they are not ashame to let you play RNG games with house edge in your favour and full of mistakes in their rules. 

Let's check their RNG Baccarat developed by Playtech. In big, it is written pay out 9:1 for a tie but the rules say 8:1. The pay out for the Banker as per the table limit is 1:1 (even with a 6 or every numbers) and refund in case of a tie while we know the Banker has more than 50% chances to win.

Can't remember how much it was, but most probably it was $50, my usual deposit amount at that point in time. I played on my favourite Playtech games, of course, but couldn't get any wins. In fact, Dolphin Reef and Safari Heat played rather badly on that day.

Over a period of just one month, I made a total of $280 at Bet365 Casino, yet I couldn't get any single good win to make a withdrawal. Any game that I played all didn't play well, so much so, I finally gave up depositing, and left me wondering how the heck could this casino be the number 1 rated casino! Hahaha. Not long after that, Bet365 Casino became inaccessible to me, due to a complete blockage by the local ISP. Was I frustrated? Well, not really! Had I won, or at least had a blardy good time at the casino, then I would certainly have felt the pain in losing it, like how I felt when I lost Omni and Fly Casinos, the best 2 Playtech casinos ever! Oh boy! No other casino can ever replace these 2 casinos, not now, not ever.

Well, honestly speaking, I couldn't give Bet365 a good try in any of its aspects. No wins, no withdrawals, but no complaints either. I never had the need to get in touch with their Live Chat service, and not their email customer service either. All may be fine, but I really doubt that. No casino can be perfect anyway, not even the best 2 casinos of Omni and Fly!

Bet365 charges high percent commission fees without any warning. I Lost $ 64 from my withdrawal $375. They doesn't take care about my problem.

I played and deposited a fair amount of credits I would love to play there but not after my account was weirdly blocked, no reason. They told me I have many accounts which I did not have.

They have really long verification process and everything was fine after I have done it and play for a few months a lot of freebies and promotion even sometime just shockingly popping out. But they told me I have to sent the number I used to verify my address which I got via letter, not hard I thought, sadly I put it in the trash.

Every time I am trying to re-join them I am just de-motivated during this process and I swap to other online casinos I deposit and just simply forget about all of the really good staff there, NOT ONE BAD WORD ABOUT THE CASINO ITSELF :(

Not much. I feel terrible to have to give Bet 365 such a bad review. Used to be my favorite casino due to the variety and the good payments.

I got a 50% bonus in Vegas and it seems like this new software called ygg gresil or something like that, was slow and I miss all the other games I used to be able to play. Very limited choice of games and the payouts were horrible. No incentive to even want to continue playing. Should never be rated so high.

Bet 365 has fallen in favorites on Ask Gamblers and I can see why. It's lost it's first place here and certainly no longer my favorite casino.
