I did my first deposit here in order to receive the first bonus. I deposited the money everything good but the bonus was automatical activated but instead of casino the bonus was on sport. I talked with agent about that and he told me I have to switch from sport to casino on profile, I did that too, I tried again the bonus was still not activated . After long time 2hours chating for the agent told me to reject the bonus and he will activate it manually I did that and then he told me we cant activate today wait for tomorrow, then I come back tomorrow and the agent telling that I lost the bonus because I cancelled the bonus.
