EFT Payment not reflecting
Made a deposit with Wazamba almost two weeks ago it was 29/07/2023. I have sent the proof of payment or the copy of my bank statement showing the payment and reference. They have only responded saying that the query has been escalated and that they will email me once the issue is resolved. I am pretty sure that they have had more than enough time to contact their service provider. I have made contact now with the chat service on the site on several occasions, and always get the same response "we thank you for your patience but we assure you that the matter has been referred to the relevant department". I chose the EFT method so that means direct deposit, there is no way for me to reverse a direct deposit. Really frustrated and feel like I cannot trust the site or affiliate sites anymore.
