VulkanVegas Casino - Deposit successful from my side but not credited in casino account
Dear AG team,
My second complaint for Vulkan vegas casino first complaint bonus credit issue after 16 days your team will solve.
Today I again I deposit this casino 10.31 $ with bonus (50 FS book of dead per spin 0.2$+wheel of fortune) and i chat the CS they told me "Deposit funds can be credited to your balance within 96 hours from the moment of making this deposit." I submit my successful deposit receipt to the live chat but same excuse me 4 days wait your deposit will credit , I ask 96 hours after deposit crediting any T&C you have please share but they have no any T&C, asper the CS chat same confirming ( I have all chat and deposit successful receipt screenshot) kindly do the needful action and request to add my deposit and bonus, my bonus will expire after 2 days.
