Hi there ,

On 3.2.2021 I attempted to make a deposit with Videoslots Casino via visa debit card and the amount I transacted failed to appear. It has been confirmed by Kiwibank ltd New Zealand that the funds have transacted and have been accepted by the merchant trading as Videoslots Casino.

Evidence confirming this has been provided which in all honesty is 9/10ths of the law but ill attach all the information requested. Also due to your security system its preventing me from attaching a lot of documents so ive compressed everything in a pdf file .

In a nutshell many a conversation has taken place in regards to the outstanding 32 usd 45.51 nzd which for some reason god only knows a 502 error that occurred at the time prevented the amount from updating for reasons unknown but that is after the fact the funds are received looking to get this resolved documents attached . (Compressed into pdf)

Hi there its Monday (Malta time) Tuesday (New Zealand time) ,

I'm yet to see the 32 usd 45.51 credited to my account as per the update indicated in the screenshot by Rowena H
Be great to get this one actually sorted and out of the way just if possible please .
