I made deposit (100e) 9th of January at 0:32 CET. Neteller prosessed it and confirmed that money has been sent. Money wasn't credited to videoslots account although site said deposit was successful.

Next morning I contacted to videoslots about this and after while they said I would have to wait 48 hours and only after that they would contact to neteller or something.

I did wait 48h and contacted videoslots and they said they "raised my issue" and will contact me as soon as they look into it. It's been over 3 days since that. I have been contacting to them every 24h. Every day they say that they will credit money "as soon as possible" when I ask some estimate.

Because this is not getting any progress I decided to raise this issue here. After tomorrow it's been week since I made deposit. I trust videoslots, but this should not take this much time.

Hi there,

Managed to locate your account, and what I can see is that we have confirmation that the payment went missing on 9th of January. There were severe issues with Neteller service during the night, and this caused some payments to go missing.

The information of the missing transactions have been sent to our developers on 11th of January, and they are working on fix to release the funds. You should expect to see the funds fairly soon, however, I'm not able to give any exact date.

Once it has been credited, the transaction will appear in your player profile under Other Transactions, not likely in the normal Deposit list, due to nature of the balance correction.

Ok. Thanks for finally giving some transparence and explaining what is going on and what to expect. I can confirm that there was some problems with neteller as there was little delay (10-15 mins) with another casinos too at that time.
