Hi there ,

I seem to be waiting for a credit card withdrawal from Videoslots Casino in the amount of 1300 USD it seems to be dragging on for whichever reasons there has been communication but I've decided this has dragged on for long enough. Contacted the Bank still nothing in the international Que no sign of any money coming so I guess here we go with the complaint just looking to get my winnings please ongoing since 2/11/21 11:03:59 GMT .

Is now at the fifth business day technically the sixth posted another statement to prove no funds have been received
just want to get this over with I'm not nessesarily looking at videoslots in terms of this taking a long time but the current
payment process model probably needs reviewing .

Hi there ,

So I see the money is returned to the account im shocked to be honest ok will proceed with the bank withdrawal
so after 6 business days we are now having to execute another withdrawal .

Talk about frustrating I was told it had been sent and it had been investigated and the funds were on the way now
this situation talk about ridiculous videoslots as for the payment provider I wouldn't use them for a mop .

Ok so here we go with another wait .....

The money was returned to your balance, as the transaction could not be completed due to incompatibility with the provider when using the desired payment method.

Withdrawal via bank directly should not meet such issues, so the new withdrawal should hopefully be without any issues.

I can see the issue quite clearly now Videoslots this is on the Provider and I'm prepared to withdraw this complaint
under these circumstances it would seem many casino's are at the mercy of the payment provider which shouldn't
relfect on the casino itself being a third party .

I'm sure will get this worked out Videoslots we have many times before nothing is perfect in this world .
