I made a withdrawal of $1000 several weeks ago, and it never arrived in my bank account. I always receive my withdrawals from Videoslots in 2 days, so I repeatedly asked live chat, and they said they sent the money so I should wait and it will come. Now 3 weeks later and still no money, but Videoslots insists they sent it. They have asked me twice for screenshots of my bank account to prove that I didn't receive the money. This request made me uncomfortable but I still complied and sent my bank account screenshots twice, but when I ask Videoslots for proof that they sent the money they ignore my request. I am a reasonable person, but this is getting ridiculous. I have sent them proof despite how uncomfortable it made me, but they refuse to send any proof to me. over 3 weeks is a ridiculous wait for a withdrawal.
