I got a win in December and have gone through all the verification I took a few months to go through it as some very serious family matters came up and they are asking for proof of income again for the last few months. I haven't had an income for the last few months but I had income when I made the bet and have sent them months and months of proof. I'm going in circles because they are asking for proof of income for months after I made my bet.
