Spinit Casino - Unfair confiscation of winnings

Just like numerous others on here, SpinIt have confiscated my £913.50 of winnings from their welcome bonus with the following email

Dear Sol < surname removed >,

We hope this email finds you well.

We regret to inform you that your winnings have been removed due to a breach of the bonus's Terms and Conditions during your game play.

As per our free spins/bonus terms and conditions only one Bonus offer is allowed per person, account, address, computer and IP address.

SpinIt.com reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account apart from the original deposit amount.

This is absolute nonsense, I only have one account, no one at my address has a spintit account, nor has anyone else used my internet connection to create an account. The amount of people making the same complaints on this forum suggests that SpinIt are confiscating the winnings of winners, and ignoring those who lose their deposit on the site.

I will be filing a Subject Access Request to SpinIt to find out the exact reason why my funds were confiscated.

I would also point out, that using a slot which pays out often but is not excluded, is likely the only basis for their confiscation in this instance. I'm furious beyond words.

I hope SpinIt replies to this complaint, instead of hiding behind their rogue business plan and stealing from their customers.

I have forwarded evidence to AskGamblers to prove that you were breaching the terms and conditions on your account. In particular, our General Bonus Terms and Conditions 18.
Players can only have a single account with SpinIt, and as result all player offers are limited to one per person. To be transparent, this means one offer per household address, IP, email address, telephone number, payment method (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc)..

Spinit Casino - ignoring all my emails, blocked me from logging in

I joined spinit casino November 23rd 2022. On the 24th I withdrawn £2400. It stayed pending for 2 days and then they emailed asking me for passport, utility bill, bank cards used, bank statement, selfie with passport and a hand written letter, Apple ID, bank app details and more utility bills. Messages have been sent back and forth for over a week requesting more and more documents until there’s nothing left to request. They finally asked for a most recent bank statement which wasn’t issued for 4 days (today) they said as soon as they received this they would process the funds. I sent it today. I was told on chat to be patient and still not verified. They are ignoring all my emails, blocked me from logging in and there’s no contact number. I have every email, every chat conversation and all the withdraws they owe me. If refusing to pay the winnings then I want every deposit refunded back to the cards deposited from. I’m furious at the fact I’ve spent a full week sending document after document. I read all the reviews on trust pilot and seems I’m not alone. It’s fraud. There’s no reason not to pay and you’ve stated every document has been fine. No issues so how can’t my account be verified and winnings be paid out. I’ll attach screenshots. I want my £2400. You then emailed me telling me you are closing the site down from December 6th and all winnings have to be withdrawn. Mine are withdrawn but you won’t process them.
