I have been waiting for TWO YEARS now for these guys to pay out. I feel taken advantage of as an older woman who has taken up some gambling. It's disgusting the treatment I am facing because they think that I am vulnerable and will give up on the £600 I won because they want to steal from their customers. Looking at their reviews on different forums, it seems I am not the only person. They are violating their license with the gambling commission because they are using verification to excuse themselves from processing my withdrawal.

I have sent plenty of verification documents and I have received nothing about this and to be honest I'm shocked they still have their license because it seems there is a lot of malpractice from their company.

I have absolutely had enough and I just need an answer from them because taking advantage of an older woman is absolutely disgusting. I made this withdrawal on Thu Mar 14 21:56:04 UTC 2019. So the fact that they've hardly been in touch with me since then is absolutely disgusting.

I'm submitting this complaint as I've tried countless times to reach them to no avail.

Attached below are some of the long list of screenshots of my attempts to contact them as well as their constant delaying and reliance on verification to delay my withdrawal.

Our department have informed us that and email was sent to you earlier today advising you which documents are still required on your account. They have also advised you to log into your account and request a withdrawal on your winnings.

Once the documents sent in have been approved, your withdrawal will be paid out.
