I submitted all requested documents to Spinit casino on the 16th of March in order to verify a withdrawal of £3058. The account verification section on the website reads "Account Verification: Thank you, your account has been verified. You do not need to upload any further documents." therefore the documents were accepted.
I have had a pending withdrawal for many weeks relating to this and after following up with Live Chat, Support email and finally submitting a complaint on the 31st March I have still not heard anything regarding the payment of my funds.
As I am unable to get a response from the casino operator I am trying to complain here in order to warn other customers what to expect when playing on this site.
