Hello, I deposited EUR 92.94 via Revolut at Spinbetter casino on 20/05/2024, 14:10. Today is 5/29/2024 and I still have no money in my account. Revolut sent the money immediately, confirmed receipt of the money by the other party's bank. Since then, I have written several times to support, both live chat - there I was sent to Telegram or email, so I contacted support through the bot on Telegram and several times by email, with proof of payment and all the details. Support is unbelievably slow, but mainly the bot answers, every time the same answer that I need more time, nothing more, no information. The money went to Revolut. I don't know who to turn to to help me solve this problem, I haven't had a problem depositing through Revolut anywhere else. Thank you
