I made a deposit of $50nzd on the 18th of March and took a deposit bonus. I managed to wager the bonus then made my withdrawal of $700 it then took about 4 business days for it to be reviewed and it was reversed.
I did expect this to happen as I was not completely sure if I had entered my bank details correctly as they are always different formats for different casinos, and I also expected them to ask for verification. So with the reversed balance on my account I continued to play and I have managed to get my account to $5000 nzd. I have now been waiting for over 5 business days for my withdrawal to be reviewed and when I ask chat you just get the same message each time. Their terms and conditions say withdrawals will be processed (within 3 business days). I would like to verify my account also but they do not allow you to verify until they activate it on their end.
I have dealt with some casinos in the past that try and do this kind of thing and I understand what they are trying to do and avoid paying for as long as they can. I did not breach any bonus terms and conditions as I actually always read them prior to making a deposit. I currently can only withdraw $1000 a day but can only have 3 pending withdrawals at one point in time so I also have $2000 sitting on my casino balance.
After my first withdrawal was declined they sent me and email explaining about 5 different reasons why my withdrawal was declined, so it could be any of these things but ofcourse they don't elaborate and they also still did not ask for variation.
Any help would be much appreciated because at this rate with these timeframes I am waiting it could be weeks or months, they are breaching there terms and conditions but taking well over 3 business days every time I need my withdrawal reviewed.

I am still waiting since the 18th March.
My first withdrawal was declined after 5 days, my second withdrawal was declined after 8 days and it has now been 6 days waiting for my third attempted withdrawal.
After the second time my withdrawal has been declined trying to use bank transfer I asked what the problem was in chat they said "your withdrawal was unsuccessful due to a technical error on the part of the payment service provider.
After talking to chat they recommended i try using a different withdrawal method, I mentioned that in there terms and conditions it says to make a withdrawal using the same method as you made a deposit with or using bank transfer. They have then told me that it is ok for me to try any other method I would like, so I am currently trying to withdraw using Bitcoin.
I have still not been asked to verify my account
It has now been another 8 days and my withdrawal is still pending from the 31st of March and two other pending withdrawals along with it.
I am still hearing the same thing from live support with zero help towards my withdrawals being processed. They closed the live chat on my today.
I have 3 pending withdrawals of $1000 and my casino balance is also $7000

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.
Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.
