5 working days since the withdrawal was activated and my withdrawal is still Under review amounting to €500

I contacted the live chat some operators logged me out as soon as they saw I asked about my withdrawal (that happened twice)

Despite being told to be patient the financial department had me next in line yesterday. I find today it's still under review not even processing.
