Saturday around 2 a.m. I did a withdraw of €115. I received an email that verification was not yet necessary and that the withdraw would take up to 48 hours.
This morning (Monday) I didn’t received nothing yet so I wrote them an email (because the 48 hours were long past)
Around 5 a.m I received an answer but all they said was that it takes 48 hours. I don’t find this an satisfying answer because those 48 hours are long gone and that's why I submit this complaint.
