Good afternoon,
on 20th of January 2020 I asked Spela Casino (www.spela.com) to withdraw money from Casino account to my Bank account (Bank card account). No bonus I was given by Spela casino. On 20th of January I send statement from Bank where information about my Card account and bank account relations is confirmed. On 21st of January I have got an e-mail from Spela Casino that my withdrawal request was declined. No explanation were given. Please help me to resolve this misunderstanding. I can send all e-mails which confirm my positions.

Hello, I went to my account on Spela casino and saw that my withdrawal was declined and all money backed to balance on Spela casino. So there is no pending withdrawal. I don’t understand why I can’t have back my money. How long you are going to verify my bank account info and why you rejected my pending withdrawal.
It’s not first time when you decline my withdrawal.
Nobody from Spela casino did contact me updating information concerning withdrawal. I got no explanation from Spela casino where the problem is and what they need for approval of my Bank account and other information to get my money back from Spela casino as soon as possible
I checked once more and there are documents requirements from me and no information is not required to submit for Spela casino.
I did withdrawal request fourth time. Hope it’s the last time and money is going to reach mu bank account

yesterday I got very strage email form Stela. It seems that they don’t see my complaint submitted though Askgamblers. I am sending this email to you. Through you platform they have got all documents they need and once they write that I have to submit all required documents. In spela.com my profile they write that no documents are required from me and I don’t have any possibility to upload documents on Spela.com internet page. Please help me resolve this strange situation because it seems that Spela casino don’t want to pay money to me back.
