Good afternoon,
on 20th of January 2020 I asked Spela Casino (www.spela.com) to withdraw money from Casino account to my Bank account (Bank card account). No bonus I was given by Spela casino. On 20th of January I send statement from Bank where information about my Card account and bank account relations is confirmed. On 21st of January I have got an e-mail from Spela Casino that my withdrawal request was declined. No explanation were given. Please help me to resolve this misunderstanding. I can send all e-mails which confirm my positions.
