I recently opened an account with Spela Casino and made 5 etransfers in total. The first three etransfer went off without a hitch, unfortunately, the last two deposits not so much. On May 15, 2019 I made an etransfer deposit of 60.00, however, after multiple emails and live chats enquiring where my deposit was, I finally received my deposit into my account the following day. I will say on Spela’s behalf, they also credited me a 50.00 bonus for my inconvenience. When I further asked about my other missing deposit of 40.00 which I also etransfer at 9:46pm (central mountain time) the evening of the 15th, Spela at first said they will look into it and then get back to me. Well, they did get back to me informing me that I did in fact receive my 40.00 and all was good. I then replied to their email with further documentation showing that I have no record of receiving this deposit. I even went as far as to say, if they did deposit the money, please provide proof of deposit. Spela replied with a polite email apologizing for the mix up and that all my deposits have now been credited to my account. This was not so. Still did not receive my 40.00. I sent further emails explaining the funds have not been credited (along with back up documentation) but have not received any further communication from Spela. Please note, during all my communication with this casino I attached multiple documents providing proof of etransfer trace numbers, screen shots of my bank statement showing etransfer complete, screen shot of my Spela Transactions (which do not show the 40.00 successfully deposited), etc. I realize 40.00 is not a large sum of money, however, it is the principle, I transferred money which I have not received. If Spela is stating they have deposited the funds, then please, provide proof of deposit. This is all I’m asking, provide proof or return my funds, just do something.

Update:

I have had numerous responses from Spela, all which continuously state they credited my account for all missing transactions. The problem is, On my end I show absolutely no evidence they credited my account for the missing 40.00. I am attaching my recent correspondence with Spela which basically covers all previous correspondence since we keep coming back to the same conclusion: Spela tells me they deposited it, I say they didn’t, show them my transaction history and request documentation showing the second 40.00 deposit was credited to my account.

Please note: the transactions all occurred on May 15, 2019 (central mountain time).
5 transactions in total:
1 - 40.00
2 - 50.00
3 - 60.00
4 - 60.00
5 - 40.00

After further investigation, Spela confirmed my 40.00 was added into the bonus (they did NOT give me a 50.00 bonus for inconvenience as I previously thought). I had a difficult time accepting the explanation my 40.00 deposit was put into the bonus account because of a 25% bonus on this deposit (I also chose the bonus for my 60.00 deposit, however, the 60.00 remained in my cash account NOT put into the bonus account like the 40.00). I have decided to accept their explanation only because I'm too beat to continue over such a small deposit. There is obvious inconsistencies and at the very least, I would have hoped they would have at least provided something for the inconvenience from the get go. I requested to have my account closed since I do not wish to continue to use their website.

On another note, you may mark this as resolved.

Thank you.
