Delayed withdrawal
Hi.
I am reaching out here to try and solve my withdrawal’s from spela.com.
When I started this prosses almost two weeks ago it was my document verification that they had to have one week to solve. I never got any mail, ore any other updates from them. It was only on the live chat they answered. The answer I got was that I had to wait 72 hours, a manager was on the case and promise to get back to me etc. etc... I never get any feedback. Finally, when I reached out on the live chat again, they accepted my documents after I complained.
Now I thought that my winnings were being paid. They didn’t. No confirmation mail or any. So, I reach out to the live chat (Again) and asked why my withdraws remains on my account, then they said that, one payment was approved Friday, one current day (Saturday) and the third would be approved on Sunday. And when I pointed out that it’s not on my transfer list, they told me that I would get them in 24-48 ours, and it was a banking thing... So today I checked my account again, and still my withdraws remains on my account, and on my profile transfer list it says that it’s not approved yet, something that I thought was strange because they assured me that they were approved across the weekend. So, I reached out again, and now I was told that it was an issue with Norwegians banks. When I pointed out that that’s was strange because I never had issues before with my Norwegians banks, then its wasn’t the banks, but there were technical issues they had...
I was told to make another payment to my playing account with rapid transfer, end then try to make a another withdraws. I am going to try this, aware that I might be played here...
I have a concern that they try to delay the prosses so that I will give up, play, and lose the money. First, they delayed the documents prosses, and now they are delaying payments. Is there any advices ore help that askgamblers can help with in this matter? I feel powerless ☹
