Account Verification and Withdrawal Delay
First of all, I am very sorry that I am writing this.
I have request withdrawal of $ 1195.30 after the game.
However, a pop-up asking for account verification and I contacted the customer center.
In the early morning of August 25, at their request for account verification, I immediately sent all the documents to them.
Two days later, on August 27, I received re-request for one of the documents I sent, a proof of address-they said my adress document missing-, and sent it back in the perfect form they wanted.
And again one day later, on August 28, I reclaimed that you had lost my 'proof of address' document and immediately sent me the form. - it's twice missing my document.
On August 29, I contacted the customer center about how account verification is in progress.
They replied that they received my documents on the 28th and it would take up to 72 hours.
They also said that withdrawal will proceed without any problem after certification.
Now, a week has passed since they asked for certification, and up to 72 hours have passed since they promised certification.
Currently I have checked that all other documents have been approved except for the proof of address.
No change from the previous week, and address verification is still unsuccessful.
Even though there have already been several delays and inquiries, it is very unreasonable not to get the right answers.
So I ask the askgambler team to intervene in this matter. I still want to believe that they are interested in this issue and will deal with it quickly.
