On 30th March I withdrew £647 from Spela Casino. I needed to verify my account to make the withdrawal so I emailed the documents that they asked for. It has now been nearly 3 weeks and I've had no response at all. I've tried logging in to my account but it has been blocked. I've contacted them through live chat two or three times and I get the same response from them: "The relevant team is performing necessary security checks".
