Withdrawal pending for 6 days and now rejected
Having real difficulties with my slotty vegas withdrawal and receiving no communication from them regarding what is happening?
I deposited, accepted a bonus and completed wagering. No breaches of t&cs. All bets placed were under the max bet and on games not restricted.
Once completed wagering I sent all documents to be verified and this took 3 days to verify me. I was unable to withdraw or even click withdraw until they had verified me....which wasnt ideal, but I guess they want the funds to remain in your cash balance for as long as possible
As of 31/01/2020 I was fully verified.
On 02/02/2020 I requested a withdrawal via Visa. My initial deposit was using a mastercard, but Mastercard withdrawals are restricted in New Zealand. New Zealand banks will not accept a mastercard payment from an overseas vendor.
So I have asked to withdraw via Visa.
I would like to clarify both of these cards are fully verified, as I sent images of the front and back of both of them
Each day from 03/02 to the 07/02 I wrote to live chat asking has my withdrawl processed? And was told it was pending, and in the queue. I was assured I am fully verified.
On 08/02/2020 the funds have been returned to my cash balance and my withdrawal rejected
I have recieved no email telling me why this has happened and no one has attempted me make contact with me?
Is this because the withdrawal needs to be onto the original deposit method? If so it's impossible.... as I mentioned above, mastercard withdrawals in New Zealand are restricted. I mentioned this in live chat on two occasions.
Please update me on why my withdrawal has taken 6 days after being fully verified?
That is extremely slow...
To put that into perspective, my bet365 withdrawal, once fully verified, was accepted and processed before I had finished cooking my spaghetti bolagnese. It took 25 minutes.
That's not even a joke.
How can I highly established casino like sloty vegas in 2020, not process a withdrawal in 5 working days?
Please can I have an update.
