I requested my first withdrawal on january 8th with neteller. My account was fully verified and everything was fine but my withdrawal is still pending... I already spoke with a online representative and they told me the procedure will be ok in five days but no money have been sent. I would kindly ask askgamblers to help me.

Following a request on behalf the Slotty Vegas Casino management for re-evaluation of the operator's closed AGCCS cases, AskGamblers Complaint Team reached to the conclusion that in this particular case there is no evidence for operator's misconduct. Reason - additional verification paperwork was requested due to usage of newly registered POM, once received payment processed within the allocated withdrawal time frames. Therefore, the status of the complaints case is being changed from Resolved to Rejected.
