On March 20 I made a withdrawal of €200 after two days they cancelled it I asked them why they cancelled it for me and their response was that there was an error in their system on March 22nd I made the withdrawal again and they told me that they will forward it as a priority.
On their site it says that withdrawals are processed within three business days this time window has passed.
I've sent them 3 emails I've spoken 20 times on live chat and I'm not getting any clear answers about what's going on with my withdrawal, the only answer I get is to be patient.
