After waiting beyond the established time to receive my winnings from a deposit plus a bonus that they offered me in my email. Also asking daily and not getting any kind of response from the financial area, only automated messages from the online chat agent team where they are very kind and have told me that the casino is going through delays in payments and they cannot commit to giving me an estimated date of my payment nor give me a solution other than to wait and wait and honestly I do not consider this situation normal. That is why I decided to open this payment complaint. I am a regular player in this casino and something like this had never happened before but unfortunately it happened and it is time for my complaint to be resolved. I think it is fair for me to receive my payment for 133 eur.
