Hi,

I contacted the casino multiple times to ask about my withdrawal, which is still pending, but every time, they told me to wait a bit longer.

I verified my account more than 10 days ago, and I still haven't received any money.

Today I was told again to wait a bit more, but I have already waited long enough to receive my money.

Can you please help me with this issue?
