Hey,

This casino has now been holding my money two weeks (8000€). I've tried to solve it with customer service without any help. They just tell me to wait. Can you here help me to contact the casino please? They dont require KYC and I havent used any bonuses. I would like to play more but they are making it impossible.

Dear, Powerup. Please check the documents I've sent properly. You are asking new statement with 3900€ deposit being visible when you can find it from the statement I've already sent.

As the deposit was made around 00:00 in the statement it's showing on 24.02 and on your balance history 25.02. I've attached the same screenshot from the statement as Ive attached here. Please stop delaying this.

They keep declining my statement that is 100% correct. It’s so absurd that there is no other choice than this being done in purpose. Transaction that they are looking for is clearly there. Ask Gamblers team you can take a look as well. It's really unfortunate that casino starts using tactics like these to delay the process. And super unprofessional.
