Dear AskGambler Team, I won 4173 EUR on Playio and I did my first withdrawals 8 days ago.

The Support always says „no worries“ „will be processed soon“ but nothing happens.

I‘m not even asked for verification yet. Can you help to fasten it?

I just think it takes months to get the money without.

Dear all, the firstr 1.500 of the 4.173 arrived yesterday after 14 days waiting.

2.673 are missing but in fact i can just maximum do 3 withdrawals a 500 EUR at same time i will apply for it. I´m just worried, that the next withdrawals take the same time of waiting....

1.500 did arrive, 1.500 withdrawal is pending, 1.173 are still on casino account and cant be requested yet because of max 3 pending withdrawals.
