Excessive delay with withdrawal 400 USD

Hallo liebe askgamblers Team.

Ich warte seit 23.03.2025 auf meine Auszahlung in Höhe von 500 Euro von Playio.com Casino.

Im Chat wird man nur getröstet und es passiert einfach nichts. Das finde ich nicht mehr normal, laut AGB‘s zahlen sie innerhalb von drei Werktagen aus.

Bitte helfen sie mir das Problem zu lösen.

Guten Tag, ich habe letztes Wochenende 3 Auszahlungen beantragt. Alle im Wert von 500 Euro.
Die älteste Auszahlung ist von Samstag. Die andere von Sonntag und die ander von Montag (29.03/30.03/31.03)
Seitdem hat sich nichts getan. Der Livechat schreibt mir ich solle mich gedulden. Wieder und wieder. Auf eine Email habe ich die Antwort bekommen das sie die Auszahlung priorisieren. Das war gestern morgen. allerdings konnten sie mir immer noch keinen Zeitraum nennen. Ich solle Geduld haben meinten sie.

Insgesamt habe ich 14000 Euro gewonnen. Durch die geringen auszahlungslimits von 500 Euro pro Tag und die langsame Bearbeitung wird das auszahlen Monate dauern.
Ich brauche eure Unterstützung.

Im Bereich Verifizierung steht es sind keine Dokumente erforderlich.
Ich habe kein Bonus oder ähnliches in Anspruch genommen.

April und der Zusicherung, dass der Vorfall bearbeitet wird und ich per E-Mail benachrichtigt werde, habe ich bis heute, zwölf Tage später, keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Klärung dieses Vorfalls und um die Gutschrift des Gewinns, der mir durch den Spielabsturz entgangen ist. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und ich erwarte eine baldige Antwort Ihrerseits.

Ich habe am Sonntag eine Auszahlung von 500 Euro beantragt. In den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen steht das innerhalb von 3 Werktagen die Auszahlung getätigt wird. Heute ist schon der 4. Werktag. Im Status der Auszahlung sehe ich nicht den geringsten Fortschritt- Seit gestern frage ich im chat immer wieder nach um den Grund der Verzögerung zu erfahren. Immer die selbe Antwort, ich soll Geduld haben. Auf E-Mails zum Support bekam ich nur eine Eingangsbestätigung meiner Mail, aber keine Antwort auf das Problem. Ich möchte meinen Gewinn haben! I am submitting this complaint regarding multiple delayed withdrawals and lack of progress.

I currently have a balance of 165.000 NOK (17.000 USD) with no active bonus. I have submitted three withdrawal requests of 5,000 NOK (515 USD) each on the following dates:

- 22 March 2026
- 23 March 2026
- 24 March 2026

All withdrawals are still stuck in "Under Review" (step 2 of 5), with no progress to approval or processing.

I have fully complied with all requirements:

- No bonus involved
- Within withdrawal limits (3x 5000 NOK per week)
- Verified account

Despite this, more than a week has passed without any movement in the withdrawal process.

Customer support only provides generic responses and cannot give any timeline.

This delay is unreasonable and not in line with normal casino processing times.

Expected Resolution:
Immediate approval and processing of all pending withdrawals, followed by full withdrawal of my total balance.

I am prepared to provide screenshots and full documentation.

I am still unable to log in to my casino account. Every time I try to sign in, I receive an error and cannot access my account.

I requested a withdrawal of €22 on October 20, and it is still showing as processing. I have contacted live chat several times, but I keep receiving the same response that the team is working on it and it will be processed soon.

This is a very small amount, yet the delay has been unusually long. I am not satisfied at all with how this has been handled, especially considering that I have played in the casino and completed all wagering requirements.

I would appreciate it if this withdrawal could be reviewed and processed as soon as possible.

Hello. Again I have the same problem in this casino. Last month I submited a complaint for a long time withdrawal delay. Now I have the same problem. I made a withdrawal request of USD 430 and it was not proccesed yet. In the chat only answer me that I should wait. I made the request last April 28th.
