I requested a withdrawal on 29th April 2025, and it has still not been processed after more than 10 days.
I have tried contacting via Live Chat and their support email, and I received the same response. They tell me it’s with the finance team, who are doing their best to process the payment, and they have notified the department to prioritise the payment.
My account is verified, I have done withdrawals in the past, and it isn’t a large withdrawal amount.
