Multiple withdrawals pending over a week without approval

Issue: Withdrawals stuck in "Under Review" for over a week
Detailed Complaint:
I am submitting this complaint regarding multiple delayed withdrawals and lack of progress.
I currently have a balance of 165.000 NOK (17.000 USD) with no active bonus. I have submitted three withdrawal requests of 5,000 NOK (515 USD) each on the following dates:
- 22 March 2026
- 23 March 2026
- 24 March 2026
All withdrawals are still stuck in "Under Review" (step 2 of 5), with no progress to approval or processing.
I have fully complied with all requirements:
- No bonus involved
- Within withdrawal limits (3x 5000 NOK per week)
- Verified account
Despite this, more than a week has passed without any movement in the withdrawal process.
Customer support only provides generic responses and cannot give any timeline.
This delay is unreasonable and not in line with normal casino processing times.
Expected Resolution:
Immediate approval and processing of all pending withdrawals, followed by full withdrawal of my total balance.
I am prepared to provide screenshots and full documentation.
