I requested a withdrawal of €22 on October 20, and it is still showing as processing. I have contacted live chat several times, but I keep receiving the same response that the team is working on it and it will be processed soon.

This is a very small amount, yet the delay has been unusually long. I am not satisfied at all with how this has been handled, especially considering that I have played in the casino and completed all wagering requirements.

I would appreciate it if this withdrawal could be reviewed and processed as soon as possible.

I confirm that I finally received my withdrawal, but I’m not satisfied with the experience at all.

The request was made on October 20, and the payment was only processed on November 3. That’s far too long for such a small amount. Once the withdrawal was approved, the money reached my account instantly, so the delay was definitely from the casino’s side.

Waiting nearly two weeks for €22 is unacceptable. I can’t recommend this casino to anyone who expects quick and reliable payments.
