My name is <removed> and I am a new customer of nomini.com online casino.
On 20/5/2024 I made a withdrawal request and while the terms of nomini.com state that it takes 3 working days to complete withdrawal requests, however, it has been 6 working and the takeover has not been completed.
In my conversations with the customer service team of the casino, they kept apologizing to me but I don't see any result.
