Made a bank transfer SEPA withdrawal on 22/01/2022 for 1500.00 EUR, now 27/01/2022. Transaction still showing as in 'Processing' phase on account. 

T&Cs say 3 business days maximum to receive funds after withdrawal, withdrawal method says 2/3 days. Spoken to live chat 3 different times about the issue, with 3 different non descriptive and conflicting replies, first one just said there can be delays with heavy traffic, second said it had been processed from their side and was awaiting bank confirmation, third then said please wait it will be processed asap. 

The conflicting responses have created me a concern with this withdrawal and I have had no clear response as to why it is taking 5+ days and counting
