I have played at this casino for quite a while and never had any issues, but upon depositing £100 last week, the amount didn't credit to my account.
I have contacted support on several occasions, only to be told that I need to wait.
This is unacceptable. I feel that my money has disappeared into thin air, despite the money being taken from my bank and my bank confirming that MyStake had received the money their end.
I have spent large amounts at MyStake and played on a very regular basis but im afraid this has completely put me off.
I just want my money returned to me.
