So yesterday I hit the mid jackpot on Mr. Bet casino and won $1,300 but when I went to go withdrawal like usual (I’ve withdrawn money from them before and received it) it just stayed in Processing, I contacted support but they keep telling me to be patient and that I may need to verify my account and that they would send it to me via email in 24 hours and once completed and approved they’d send me my funds in 48 hours, however, they never sent me any thing to verify my account, and won’t update me with what’s going on, I email support and they stopped replying to my emails. I really needed the winnings to help pay for my place as it came at a very Desaparate time hence why I was so happy to win $1,300 idk what to do, they won’t even send me the $40 I deposited and requested to deposit back into my bank account. I really need help and just want my winnings and money and NEVER return to Mr.Bet again.. they have ignored me and been avoiding me all day and I’m sick of it

At this point I’ve tried everything and submitted multiple different documents with zero success, I’ve uploaded bank statements, screenshots of transactions from my bank depositing funds i tho their account, I’ve even gotten ahold of Interac and they supplied me with confirmation of payment with name, Date and time of deposit , I’ve tried everything with ZERO success and support team just keeps telling me to upload a document my Bank service doesn’t Offer, at this point it is in my personal belief that Mr.Bet is a Scam and will FRAUD you out of your money, I’ve spent over $3K and only got back Under $100 before they redstricted my account so I’m no longer able to withdrawl and my account balance went down to $613, DO NOT conduct business with this Casino they are not legit and will fuck you over like they did me, I’m now out $3,845 Thanks Mr.Bet
