Hi , I played about two nothing dollars and once I tried to withdraw 400 it came up with account verification I sent all the correct documents as it was indicated , my driver's license the last statements from the bank and credit card and site keeps rejecting them , I also sent insurance with name address and date clearly visible but nothing and it's been 10 days and when I write to their support they keep telling me it takes up to 48 hours for verification , I don't know what to do anymore help

Thanks to this complaint after so many days they finally verified account now they want to verify payment method I send the transition screen and they system reject it

After two weeks so many documents , maybe thanks to these complaint something moved , they asked me to verify payment I send the screen of the bank and from the email received of the payment and their system rejects me and one of their agent writes me absurd things that they need other documents like residence permit and the work contract with payroll and also the sheet documenting that I paid taxes... I don't intend to send all this personal information I have already sent so many and all the ones they were asking for

But why do you say untrue things ???? I did not send screen but my account statement in pdf !!!!e on the screen sent in precendenza there was the name and date !!! And I also sent my residence permit as you requested " although I think and absurd to send it to the casino ",
