I submitted all of the required docs including the live selfie, Id picture, proof of address and proof of payments. then for the mr bet registration I wrote down Montreal instead of Cote saint-luc which is a city inside of Montreal island. So they then asked me to request a address change form to fill out and resubmit the proof of address once more.

I have done exactly what they asked for and submitted everything promptly. Now im waiting almost 8 days for it be verified for something that was originally submitted march 5th. On top of all the proof of address stuff, they claim multiple times that my ID was poor quality when in fact it is perfect quality, so I submitted that too twice already.


It shouldn't take almost a month to get things checked or verified even when i just switched from the city information, which was something they asked me to do.

Mr. bet now claims my Id is a screenshot when it is not a screenshot. it is a regular image of my ID i uploaded

Currently you have been asked for a document confirming your identity. Last time unfortunately you uploaded screenshots, so the document was not accepted. We ask you to upload an original photo of the document in good quality in full size without cropped edges.

You also have an active address change procedure at the moment. Unfortunately, when answering the verification questions, you did not specify your new address, so a colleague from the support sent you an email and a message in your game profile with the clarification. the identification documents i submitted twice are in fact not screenshots. they are the original pictures i have that i submitted.
secondly i already submitted the correct address via live chat a while ago . it is the same one as on my ID document. I've resent you an email outlining my address once more even though i did it previously via live chat properly (even though you claim i didn't , which is untrue).
I've attached all the ID documents I've already submitted to your casino in this thread as proof . both were rejected.

We kindly ask you to upload a proof of identity document in good quality to the verification page. Verification takes place only through the verification tab on the website.

i have now reuploaded the same Identity documents that i attached in this thread, since they are perfect quality and full size and original.

Unfortunately you have uploaded a low quality document again. We ask you to upload a good quality document and not to edit the document. We advise you to take a photo of the document directly on the verification page (our system allows you to do this on the website in the document upload tab).

as you can tell from the ID pictures i uploaded in this thread. the quality of the picture are perfect and in high resolution. there is no reason for you to say that its low quality when I've proved over and over again that it is perfectly fine. please refer to the pictures I've submitted in this thread s it is the same ones i uploaded on your website.

i have proven over and over again that the multiple pictures of the ID's are not poor quality or small size. please refer yourself to the pictures i attached in this thread, those are exactly the same pictures i submitted to your website.

i have submitted the picture directly from my phone now. this is the 3rd or 4th time im submitting the ID pictures since you have continuously refused to accept them even though they have no issues at all
