Hello, I have registered in this Mr. Bet Casino for many years and sent all my documents when registering these documents will be checked by the casino side and will accept all.

In the meantime I have had a few withdrawals in the mall and there has never been a problem, now for 10 days I wanted to have my winnings paid out but the casino rejected it because these casinos need my documents again.

I have sent all my documents again, normally this casino website says the casino is only allowed to request documents from players once, not xxx times

So now I've sent my documents again 5 times and every time my documents are rejected, this casino doesn't want to pay out my winnings, that's the truth and it has nothing to do with my documents.

thank you for the email I made 5 screenshots of this meeting and replies from this casino and every time the reply is the same
I also send you my passport which I sent to this casino and you see that it is an official document that is accepted everywhere except in this casino
The reason why this casino doesn't accept my document is just because I want to have my winnings paid out, that's my opinion, I've photographed and sent my passport several times but every time it's rejected
I have been in casino online for almost 20 years and have never had any problems with my documents, it is only these casinos that cause problems with my documents

I registered in this casino and had my account verified with exactly the same documents and these documents were accepted but now this casino wants my documents back after months which is illegal
I ask them for help because I don't know what else I should do
I don't have any other passport and this is a legal Croatian passport

These are not screenshot images but taken directly from my web cam and what you write here is an absolute LIE and you also pointed it out, I am not the only player who has the same problems as me because this casino wants to have absolute time before our winnings are not paid out Instead of letting players gamble away their winnings, I am sending proof here that this picture is not a screnshot but a recording directly from my web cam.
I will not send any more pictures because in this photo you can see all 4 corners and clearly prove that they and the same people are acting, all other excuses from this casino are absolute lies

Thank you ASK GEMBLERS for your help but that doesn't help against this online < content removed >, I did everything right but it's still not acceptable, we players are on our own against such casino mafia and nobody will help us, they're just writing lessons, otherwise it doesn't matter I have already blocked my account at this MR BET Casino < content removed > and lost this winnings in 5 minutes because I don't want to have anything to do with such < content removed > Casinos in the future, it's not about this winnings for me, it's about justice, but there is something like that here NOT, thank you again

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
